1. Overview
The service uses prepaid credits, subscriptions, and paid plan access. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that payments are final and non-refundable except for the limited billing-error cases below.
2. Limited Exceptions
Refunds may be considered only for verified billing errors, including duplicate charges for the same transaction or an incorrect amount charged because of a system error.
To qualify, you must contact support within 7 days of the charge and provide enough information to verify the issue, such as account email, order ID, charge date, and supporting evidence.
3. Processing
If a billing error is confirmed, the corrected amount will be returned to the original payment method when possible. Bank and card processing times usually take 5 to 10 business days.
4. Cancellations
Subscription cancellation stops future renewal charges after processing. To stop future renewals, sign in and manage or cancel your subscription. Access continues through the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated. Cancellation does not create a refund for remaining time or unused credits.
