Content Policy

Effective Date: October 2, 2026
Last Updated: October 2, 2026

Quick Reference

  • The service does not generate sexual, nude, or sexually suggestive content for anyone, at any age.
  • Any sexualization of minors is strictly prohibited and is reported to the competent authorities where required by law.
  • Prompts, uploads, and generated results are screened automatically; violating content is blocked and not displayed.
  • Anyone can report content, without an account, at /report or by email. Urgent reports are handled within 24 hours.

1. Scope

This Content Policy applies to everything you submit to or create with the service: text prompts, uploaded images and videos, generated images and videos, and content you share through public share links. It forms part of our Terms of Service.

2. No Sexual Content

The service is a general-purpose creative tool. You may not request, create, upload, or share:

  • pornographic or sexually explicit content;
  • nudity or partial nudity presented in a sexual or suggestive way;
  • sexually suggestive content, including sexualized depictions of people in swimwear or underwear;
  • requests to remove, reduce, or "see through" a person's clothing.

This applies to real, fictional, animated, illustrated, and AI-generated people alike, and regardless of the age of the user.

3. Zero Tolerance for the Sexualization of Minors

Any content that depicts, describes, or suggests a minor, or a person who appears to be a minor, in a sexual or suggestive context is strictly prohibited. This includes fictional, animated, and AI-generated characters and "age-play" or "barely legal" framing. When a person's age is unclear, we treat them as a minor.

When we identify suspected child sexual abuse material, we disable the content immediately, preserve the evidence securely, permanently terminate the account, and report it to the competent authorities as required by law.

4. Other Prohibited Content

You may also not use the service to create, upload, or share:

  • intimate or sexual imagery of a real person without their consent;
  • deepfakes or impersonations that use a real person's face, body, or identity to deceive, humiliate, or sexualize them;
  • extreme violence, gore, or content that glorifies serious harm;
  • hate speech, harassment, threats, or content that targets protected groups;
  • content that promotes or facilitates illegal activity, including fraud, terrorism, or trafficking;
  • content that infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, or publicity rights;
  • attempts to evade our safeguards, such as rewording or repeatedly resubmitting blocked prompts.

5. How We Enforce This Policy

  • Before generation: every prompt and every uploaded image or video is checked by automated moderation. Requests that fail the check are blocked before any generation starts, and no credits are charged.
  • After generation: generated images and videos are checked before they are shown to you. Results that violate this policy are never displayed to you or made shareable, and the credits for that generation are refunded.
  • If moderation is unavailable, generation is paused rather than allowed without review.
  • Sharing: public share pages display only content that has passed moderation, and they are excluded from search engine indexing.
  • Repeat violations: accounts that repeatedly submit prohibited requests may have generation suspended automatically. Severe violations may lead to immediate termination without warning.
  • Records: moderation decisions are logged so that we can investigate reports, review appeals, and meet our legal and payment-partner obligations.

Automated moderation reduces, but cannot entirely eliminate, the risk of prohibited content. That is why we also rely on reports.

6. Reporting Content

Anyone may report content, including people who do not have an account:

Please include a link to the content, the reason for your report, and any helpful details. Providing an email address is optional, but it lets us tell you the outcome. Anonymous reports are accepted.

Response times:

  • Urgent reports (sexualization of minors, non-consensual intimate imagery, or sexualized impersonation of a real person): the reported share link is disabled automatically when the report is submitted, and a person reviews the report within 24 hours.
  • All other reports: we acknowledge them within 2 business days and resolve them within 7 business days.

Every report receives a case number and a record of the actions taken. We do not take action against anyone for making a report in good faith.

7. Removal Requests

If content generated or shared through the service depicts you, uses your likeness, or infringes your privacy, publicity, or intellectual-property rights, you can request its removal through the same form or email. We may ask for information needed to confirm your identity or authority. Content that is disputed may remain unavailable while we review it.

8. Enforcement Actions and Appeals

Depending on severity and history, we may block a request, remove or quarantine content, disable a share link, suspend generation, or terminate an account. Where required, we notify payment partners or the competent authorities.

If you believe we made a mistake, you can appeal by email at contact@gptimage2ai.com with your account email and the case number or a description of the affected content. Where practicable, appeals are reviewed by someone who did not make the original decision. Reinstatement is not guaranteed.

9. Changes and Contact

We may update this policy as laws, payment-network rules, and risks change. Material changes will be posted here with an updated date.
